With over 14 years experience in the construction industry it has been an inevitable and organic process for the group to begin constructing ‘A’ grade quality homes in desirable locations across central England.

Build projects are closely monitored and subject to many comprehensive inspections as the build progresses. The site Manager and a Senior member of our Homes Division will carry out extensive inspections on foundations, plumbing, wiring block-work and joinery ensuring every aspect of the project is performing exactly as it should. All our new homes come with a nationally recognised house building certificate.
