At Flemming Construction Group we pride ourselves in our safety record and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are adhered to by all.

We constantly promote the importance of all health and safety aspects to every employee and encourage best practice through effective communication in team briefings and through internal communications.

Identifying hazards in the workplace and on site are just two areas in which we encourage our staff to highlight and create preventative measures through risk assessments and preventative planning.

With the environment becoming ever more susceptible to our impact upon it, here at Flemming Construction Group we are constantly striving for new ways in which to reduce our immediate and long term impact on our surroundings.

From introducing an in house policy of not printing unnecessary emails and correspondence to collectively recycling our building waste, we are implementing new measures wherever possible to ensure our carbon footprint  is being proactively managed and reduced.
